The Emulator can do 60 fps but dips to 54 - 56 at times, this solves the music issue.

In this area you will find every PSP Game Save and PSP Saved data files created for the PSP (PlayStation Portable) this is the largest collection found on. Pro tip: Use the Pal ( europe) versions of the roms and set the Format to Pal 50fps in the settings. These Homebrew Emulators will enable to run classic games on your PSP. I found an emulators list with no emus for PSP, some of the lists hinted about an onboard PSP emulator that comes on the Vita but I cant find. PSP Emulators (441) This section provides you with Emulators and applications for the PSP. Storage is also a non-issue as adapters to use SD cards are easy to find for really cheap. So maybe Im missing something, but I spent the last 40 minutes Googling myself in circles trying to figure out if PSP games are playable through 3.60 HenKAKU. PS1 games play much better with the extra analog stick and touch pad, even more so with a grip that adds "triggers" to the back. 1.2.1 Puzzle BreakVeetOut (A BreakOut clone from RubenWolfe) v1.0 PSP2048 (A 2048 clone, there is a 2048-PSP.vpk in the folder) Flood-It (A game where you have to flood the whole game board with one color in less than the allowed steps) MilieTetris (a black and white (and yellow) Tetris clone, simple and straight Tetris fun by Guidobot) v1.0. You'll also be stuck to only 16GB of storage which can be a pain if you want to play a lot of PS1 or PSP games, there is an adapter to be able to use regular SD cards but it was pretty limited and I'm not sure if they're still being made. Scaling options for GB/C are also a bit of a pain so unless you want terribly blurry scaling you'll have to use the RIN emulator for it. SNES emulation is pretty poor and GBA isn't great unless you can put up with frameskipping. The PSP Go can still be an alright enough emulation machine for a lot of stuff but it's definitely aged.
